Erica Sims – Senior Sales Executive
With over a decade of service at Chemical Information Services, Ms. Sims leads the sales force and educates our subscribers on the numerous sourcing opportunities our products present. While she began her tenure as an information scientist, her position transitioned into research management before evolving into the Senior Sales Executive. Erica’s expertise in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries has enabled her to implement sourcing strategies for Fortune 500 companies such as Merck, Pfizer and BASF, to name a few.  
Quynh Nguyen - Manager, Research & Development/QC
Ms. Nguyen leads the Research and Development team at Chemical Information Services. For over nine years, Quynh’s primary areas of expertise have been the research, development and enhancement of CIS’ flagship DWCP and WBDU databases as well as the Structure, Pathfinder and WCMD products.  
Felecia Alexander - Production Department Manager
Ms. Alexander began her tenure at Chemical Information Services over a decade ago as an entry-level research assistant. As Production Department Manager, she oversees all the work performed on our databases by our staff of chemists and researchers. She applies over a decade of chemical research expertise and knowledge on a daily basis to ensure that our information is the most current and accurate in the industry.
