Abram Becker, M.Sc, D.Sc. - Owner, Becker & Associates

With over 40 years of chemical and pharmaceutical industry experience, Dr. Becker is an expert on the subject of life-science encyclopedic databases.  His numerous scientific achievements include development of about 160 production processes as well as advancement & production of APIs and formulations. He was involved in the isolation and modifications of natural active ingredients (alkaloids, peptides, steroids), semi synthesis & synthesis of APIs (anticancer, antiviral, cardiovascular, CNS, hormones) and other fine chemicals. He was also involved in non-life-science chemistry: high performance / liquid crystal monomers, flame-retardants, antioxidants & surface-active agents. He currently holds approximately 40 patents and has published several books on various topics within the industry.
