John Harris
Chief Executive Officer

John Harris is an operating partner with GlendonTodd Capital and CEO of Chemical Information Services. John is a veteran of the Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing Industry with more than 30 years experience in CEO and senior executive positions. He has been CEO of 5 private equity backed companies and previously spent 25 years at Electronic Data Systems ( EDS) where he was a Group Vice President and Corporate Officer  responsible for leading four business units serving the Telecommunications and Media Industries worldwide.

John graduated from the University of West Georgia with a BBA and MBA and is on the board of advisors to the Richardson School of Business. He is a long term member of World Presidents Organization and sits on a number of private and public company boards.

Dr. Helge Jordan
Business Advisor

Chemical Information Services is pleased to announce that we have established an advisory relationship  with  Dr. Helge Jordan who will be working with CIS on strategy, product enhancements, industry partnerships and strengthening our sales channels. Dr. Jordan brings over 12 years of purchasing and supply management experience and a blend of both consultancy and executive management roles with Mckinsey and Company, Henkel of America and Vesuvius. He has consulted extensively around the topics of performance diagnostics, purchasing transformation programs, procurement systems and e-tools, working capital optimization, strategic sourcing and spend reduction and organizational design. Dr. Jordan holds a MSc degree from Cologne University , Germany and a PhD in Chemistry from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich Switzerland and hold the CPSM designation by the Institute of Supply Managment.

 David Novak
Vice President of Marketing and Strategy

I am pleased to announce that David Novak joined CIS on January 16 as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. David comes to CIS from Cash America where he was the manager of the corporate finance group and as such, was involved with financial analysis, merger and acquisition support and corporate budgeting and reporting. Previously he was with Citi Investment Bank and JP Morgan. David is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance.
